Even though we don’t directly design products for most of projects, our experienced engineering team

would work closely with clients and make sure we completely understand customer’s design intention.

Starting from 3D, 2D, prototyping, design defining, engineering building, to production trial. We transfer

and communicate original design to our factory totally without any misunderstanding or missing points. If

needed, we are capable of providing clients with full product design and manufacturing service from

design, prototyping, injection molding, to full products manufacturing.

Caltech is translating drawings, specifications, material lists and technical handbooks into Chinese language for the use of China Manufacturing. We compare standards and norms and transform them for China use. If some specific raw materials are not available in China, we search for the most equal ones and are checking with our global customers if any equivalent material is acceptable. To protect the know how may refelected on some drawings, Caltech may “neutralize” any document before using it for manufacturing processes. Distribute single parts of a unit to different supplier may additional helps to protect the customers know how.
